The 19th edition of the Absa KKNK has photographically been probably my busiest yet. Adobe Lightroom indicates that I’ve pressed the shutter of my 5DMk3 about 4000 times!
My Canon 5Dmk3 is relatively new – I bought it in August 2012 from Orms Photographic and this was my first festival with the new camera body. Two features of the new Mk3, the silent shutter as well as the improved light sensitivity of its sensor made it the ideal camera for this kind of assignment – I was excited to see how it would perform.
